You deserve better care.

You deserve to be heard, to find a therapist who understands your goals and helps you figure out the why, so you can get back to the things that you love.

Hi! I’m Kathleen!

Clinic Owner, Orthopaedic and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

MScPT, FCAMPT, BPHE, BSc Life Sciences.

As a mom to two busy boys, I get that taking care of yourself can be hard. I started down the road of pelvic health to try and heal myself after the birth of my children. What I realized is that every women deserves better care. We deserve to be heard, to be supported and to be allowed to make decisions about our own bodies, while being supported by our health care team.

I work with you to figure out what is going on and make a plan that fits what you want, to get you where you need to go.

My approach combines my background in orthopaedics and sports injuries with my interest in pelvic health and running, to create a special little space that supports women being active and working to heal themselves through movement and support.

Having worked with a variety of athletes and non-athletes, including marathon runners, triathletes, and ultra-marathon runners, my focus is always helping my patients attain their goals. Whether it be competing at a high level of sport, returning to exercise after childbirth or being able to complete daily activities without pain, my goal is to guide and educate my patients in evidence based practice and to give them the knowledge and skills to be successful in their rehabilitation journey.

Away from work, I am an active mom to two boys, an avid runner, and overall health enthusiast.

My goal is to help empower you to live the life that you want.

I work with women of all ages to help them live the active lives that they want. By combining orthopaedics, pelvic health and fitness, we address your concerns with a holistic approach and work together to help you meet your goals. We look to combine your care into a digestible package that works for you and your busy life.
