  • Orthopedic Physiotherapy

Orthopedic physiotherapy addresses muscle imbalances, joint dysfunction and pain as well injuries. We assess and treat injuries and conditions that involve the skeleton (bones), muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia.

  • Pelvic Health Physiotherapy

Pelvic health physiotherapy is a specialized area of physiotherapy focusing on the rehabilitation of the muscles in the pelvic floor after injury or dysfunction. It includes treatment of incontinence, pelvic pain, back pain, painful sex, preparation for birth, recovery after giving birth, support during the menopause transition.

  • Small Group Classes

Small group classes are designed to support you during the transitional phase of life - postpartum and menopause. They help you get back into activity or start your fitness journey, while under the supervision of a physiotherapist in a group setting.

  • Running Rehab and Gait Analysis

Gait analysis is one of the best ways to help prevent running related injuries. Using video analysis, we can break down the skill of running to help you run more efficiently. Working with a physiotherapist that treats running related injuries will not only help you get back to running sooner, but will also work with you to keep you running during your rehabilitation process.

  • Menopause Support

Menopause can be an overwhelming transition. Working with a pelvic floor physiotherapist is a great place to start. We can help you manage your menopause symptoms including fatigue, stress, incontience, joint pain and other symptoms through education, exericse and mindfulness.

I’d love to work with you.
